APP UX/UI
In the Keppel project, I served as a Senior UI/UX Designer, responsible for designing all UX pages and contributing to specific UI designs. My role involved ensuring the UI quality through adherence to design principles and optimization strategies. The project aims to create a high-end care-oriented senior living facility that offers personalized care plans, advanced services, and a worry-free living experience for residents, all while seamlessly integrating with the surrounding environment.
Our goal:
1. To increase brand awareness & to enhance the interest of our web visitors to our brand
2. To minimize bouncing rate and to maximize click rate and browsing time (especially our cta: web registration rate)
3. Create an elder-friendly web to better serve our TA (because their journey/experience with WELLMONT start with the website).
